Liquid Lights
A beautiful experiment by Stephan Maximilian Huber, based on a video analysis of music clips.
A custom C++ application detects the light areas in each frame of a music clip. Layered in a ring, they create a 3-dimensional object that was imported into and rendered in Cinema4D.
